New Hampshire State Info:

On January 11, 2016, the Manchester Board of School Committee, voted to approve Biliteracy/Multiliteracy Seal for graduating seniors and Pathway Awards for 5th and 8th grade students. The first awards will be granted during promotion and graduation ceremonies in June 2016.

Manchester is the largest city in New Hampshire, and proud to be the most diverse school district in the state, with about 2,000 EL students. Manchester's English learners bring the multilingual assets of 81 languages to the district and represent 13% of Manchester's overall student enrollment.
