Which Spanish translation of "Seal of Biliteracy" do you like the most?

I suggested "Alfabetismo bilingüe" for two reasons:

  1. "Alfabetismo" is more widely understood than "lectoescritura" and should not be confused with "alfabetización" which is an action, whereas "alfabetismo" is the target outcome of that action
  2. Being bilingual does not necessarily mean that a person knows how to write and read in both languages

If we change it to Spanish then it implies that only those who can speak English & Spanish are important. What about French, Italian, German, Portuguese and so many other languages? We have to include them all.
